The bowls arrived in a large box with one piece of bubble wrap. They had so much space to shift and move around that every single bowl was smashed into pieces. When I contacted Macys to get a replacement they were out and could only issue a refund. This was to complete a set of dishes as part of a gift for my parents. Beyond disappointing.
I wish that I could get that in the store. I don’t like to order things online our macys didn’t have them in the store. Love the product.
