So far so good. Both my 115 lb wife and I (195 lb) in our 70’s use it when walking the dog or taking a walk with friends. It works well, is reasonably comfortable It doesn’t impact balance and even may help / improve it. .
I was surprised with how great it feels. Helps me into correct posture when walking and adds the weight for bone density health.
The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the strong chemical smell. There wasn’t any kind of paperwork with the order, but written on the plastic bag that the vest came in was the CA Prop 65 warning stating that the product materials are known to cause cancer. I will be returning the vest.
The vest is easy to put on and take off. The straps are easy to adjust. My only complaint is it has a strong odor that has not dissipated over time.
