The dimensions shown on this website are very deceiving. It says that it’s 10.3 wide x 7.5 tall x 3.5 deep measured at the bottom. However the actual measurements at the bottom are 6.5 wide x 3.5 deep x 7.5 tall at the tallest point at the sides x 10.3 across the top at the widest part of the handbag. It’s much smaller than the measurements led me to believe. However, Radley Handbags are beautifully made if I needed a very small handbag, this one is beautiful in the brown shade.

However you send me the wrong bag, I wanted the backpack Bradley. I will return it as soon as I get. I tried to canceled the shipment but it was impossible to do it.

I love the brand Radley but you sent me the wrong bag.....I ordered the backpack and you sent this instead and so I sent it right back....

I ordered the leather back pack pictured and was shipped this- of course I did not like it First rule of e commerce- show a picture of the right product

Can you double check this photo on website? When I choose it that not like the one you send me. The image I saw when I add to bag it look like backbag.

Beautiful craftsmanship. The bag is a nice size not heavy to carry. I would recommend this handbag.
