I have tried to order these glasses twice. The first package came with 2/4 broken. The second time I got 1/4 shattered, I am so disappointed and plan to contact Macy’s for a full refund of my shipping costs as well.
Beautiful stemware that is unfortunately packaged extremely badly. Stems broken and glasses shattered. So bad I was not able to even put my hand inside the box. I may have ended up in the ER if I had. So stupid not going the extra mile to wrap and package the glasses well in order to get to the buyer in one piece.
The flutes are beautiful, but of the 4, 3 were broken in shipping so I need to return them.
These flutes never stood a chance ... they were wrapped loosely in cellophane. Nothing to prevent them from clangin g into each other or the side of the box. Arrived broken.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These flutes are absolutely stunning. The patterns add to the charm. One did break during shipment to me. That made me fairly sad as these are truly beautiful, but 3 did survive completely intact. Lovely for a girly get together or brunch at home.
Returning item, flutes arrived broken in box! Horrible packaging for glass ware
The glasses looked beautiful. But when I got them 2 were broke. This happened two time!!!! So I got them somewhere else.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These glasses are simple stunning. The light reflects off them and the rainbowish color is amazing. They came packaged well in the box. These would make great glasses for a dinner party or special occasion.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the size of this cup, it is so cute and durable! I love that it can be used in a formal or casual setting! The packaging is great and the comfort of holding this glass is very comfortable, its not awkward at all. I definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are such beautiful glasses. I used it for a party and they were a huge hit. I have washed them several times already in the dishwasher and they are very durable. They came packaged very nicely as well!
