The wine glasses are beautiful, however, one glass was broken during delivery. The box was marked "FRAGILE", yet one was broken anyway. I immediately called Macy's online customer service and he assured me that I would receive another set of 4 free of charge! I will keep the 3 for myself and gift the new ones as a Christmas gift to a lucky friend!

Glasses are pretty but very fragile. Came broken twice . Macys did not want them returned, sent another set with another broken glass. Packaged poorly. On a pisitive note I ended up with the set of glasses without having to return though it took two tries.
