The color, the size, the texture. Everything I need fits in that gorgeous purse.

I love this hand bag, I just received it but it is very nice and I know lots of compliments I am going to receive. Looking at in online it seems like it was big but when I received it , it is medium. I will keep it it looks great.

I didn't receive my item at all ! Macy's customer service is a joke as well.Few phone calls,i was promised the item will be delivered by the end of the day the same day that i made the call and a discount was promised for customer satisfaction as well.Neither one came that day (item or discount ) .On top of that i received a text stating that my item is delayed and now will be delivered by july 7.I contacted via chat again and the representative that I spoke was not pleasant as well.Instead of helping me with this issue he insisted that my frustration is because i did not receive my promo discount that i was promised . This is not what Macy's customer service should be and what should promote .I spend thousands of dollars every year at Macy's and that discount that he was going to give me which most of the times dont work like every other discount is not helping me .My frustration is when i dont get my item when im promised. Especially when i call and im promised that it will definitely be delivered by the end of the day .So Macy's the biggest company in the USA should train their customer service better how to talk or they will loose their customers .And again I did not receive my item so i cannot talk about the item .let's hope it will be delivered by July 7 like they said now

Super nice and lovely. I got a lot of compliments at work carrying the bag.

When the bag arrived, it was unstuffed and deflated. It had many wrinkles in it. I stuffed the bag myself. The compartments inside the bag showed its shape on the outside of the bag. I had to cut the compartments out. I had to reshape the bag. I put a water bottle on the bottom of the bag stuffed it and let it hang for 48 hours and now it’s perfect, but I shouldn’t have had to. I’ve done all that

The bag is very cute and a great size. Its a little difficult to close, but very happy with bag otherwise.

I had eyed this bag for over a year before making the purchase during a before Christmas sale. I should have really listened to the reviews. This bag was incredibly underwhelming to say the least. In the photos, the bag looks more shiny and vibrant emerald green. When I ripped off the protective wrapping, it was flat and green, not at all like the picture showed. It was very difficult to get the clasps to lock again once I opened it, I actually sent it back unlocked because I didn't want to damage it trying to close it again. There were scratches on the hardware and the bag itself. The material....it looked and felt very cheaply made. My heart sank as soon as I saw the bag I was so excited for. Returned immediately!!!
