I have not received the product. Therefore, I am very dissatisfied.

Great quality, excellent smells, perfect for practicing and learning scents in wine. Well packaged and great presentation as well. Came with a picture cue card and helpful small booklet. The booklet has detailed descriptions of each numbered scent in the back. The cue card with numbered pictures is helpful for studying and hinting at what ithe scent may be. I ordered this item on March 30, 2026. It is now April 8, 2026. The item is still not delivered. UPS no longer shows the item, other than to say a shipping label was created. I have tried to get answers from the Help page, but everything seems to be almost non-responsive with general replies. This is very frustrating.

It’s been 8 business days (12days) since I ordered and the tracking data still says they’re waiting to receive the package.

Like others, I'll get it delivered well beyond the "3-6 days" and I'll have a late birthday present whenever it arrives. I guess we'll see about the quality of the product when it arrives, but definitely don't plan on it arriving in the window they suggest.

I cannot tell since i never received it, I ordered it, got tracking number which kept saying item has not been arrived to ups then received an email asking how it was. So I don't know about the item but I can tell about my ordering experience from Macy's.

Did not arrive in time for Christmas as promised, terrible!

It’s just ok. Some things seem so spot on it’s eerie. Like the butter. Other things I’m convinced are mixed up. It’s fun but it’s overpriced.

IT IS OVER A WEEK LATE- YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN TO ME BUT YOURE ASKING IF I LIKE IT?

Like many other reviewers, I never received this. It was ordered with plenty of time to arrive well before Christmas, but shipping details were provided a week ago without ever being picked up by a shipping provider. So disappointed because this was a gift I was really excited to give.
