I ordered these for my toddler November 2024. It’s been about a year and a half and the pearl has fallen off already. I called customer service and basically there’s nothing that they can do, the warranty only is for the beaded bracelet which is not clear in the website! I have bought earrings from Claire’s that lasted longer than a year and a half. I’m super disappointed definitely not worth the price.
Soooo upset ! I ordered earrings for my 7 year old granddaughter for Christmas. The delivery date was December 22nd now the delivery date has changed to December 26. How do you tell a 7 year old you wont have her Christmas gift on Christmas when your handing out gifts to all your other grandchildren on that day.i understand that delivery dates can happen but they should noted the possibility of not having them for Christmas I didn’t even get an email. If I didn’t look up where is my delivery I would have still thought they were coming on Monday the 22nd.Never again!!

Beautiful little earing. Beautifully packaged. I returned due to having trouble getting one of the backs screwed on. The shape of the back is hard for me to put on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was everything we expected. Came with both certificates (gold and pearl) they were the perfect size for a new born girl. I would’ve be lovely if they offer an option to add a note or a card, but overall the parents are extremely pleased with the gift. It is a soecial option to gift during those days were the baby can’t be receiving visits.
