This purse seems lovely and is perfect with my black velvet one shoulder formal gown. Very elegant. I’ll store it in plastic when not in use to keep it clean and safe.

This is the second incorrect order of the same item. Both times ordered with hopes to have the item in time for a special event, now having to go to the store to return for a second time. What makes this more frustrating is the only reason I ordered online is the store’s options were all damaged or stained. Then I was told by the salesperson, “Well, it’s going to get stained when you use it anyway.” What? What ever happened to customer service? The bigger question… What happened to Macy’s?

I loved the style - sadly this is too thin to hold my phone and glasses in soft cover. I’m returning it. But if you want phone and a small key or lipstick it will be fine.
