This will double as a rain shell in the fall or early spring months. Only issue I noticed was the sleeve cuff inner lining didn't sit perfectly but that's minor.

I found the Glades jacket and it meets my main criteria: snow skirt, pit zips, good helmet hood. I know it will keep me dry!
Use this jacket almost weekly for snowboarding, the pockets are plenty big for everything I need to bring including snacks.
