Exactly what I wanted

Hello.. this powder arrived completely shattered.

I got the product and it was shattered. I went to take it back to the store I had it shipped to and they told me I had to go to make up to return it. I asked three ladies standing there talking if they worked there and one lady said yes she could help me. Then gave me a hard time about returning the product. Asking me if I called customer service first before returning the product. She said I had to do that first. She made me feel like I was a big inconvenience. I read before returning how to make a return, and read to take it back to the counter I picked it up from. I told the sales clerk, if I knew it was going to be this much trouble, I would have never ordered anything from your store. I didn’t get to use the product. I bought two one for me and another for a gift.

I am so sad I did read reviews that it’s so soft that it will arrive damage well it did. I heard so many great things about this highlight.

The color is so pretty, and it just the right amount of shine, it also comes with the applicator and it just so perfect. I can’t stress this enough, it’s amazing for anyone and any make up look
