I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Macy’s. I applied for the Macy’s credit card because I was offered a 30% discount on my first purchase. I wanted to use that discount to buy a watch, but when I tried to place the order online, the website required the CVV code. Since Macy’s says the physical card can take about 7 days to arrive, I had no way to use the card immediately Because of this, I was not able to complete my purchase, and the item I wanted became unavailable. This makes the 30% offer feel very misleading, because customers are encouraged to apply for the card, but then they cannot actually use the discount online without the physical card. When I contacted customer service, instead of honoring the full 30% discount, which would have been more than $100, I was only offered a $100 discount. This was very frustrating because the offer I applied for was 30%, not a random lower amount Macy’s should make sure its advertised offers can actually be used by customer.

This is a gift for my son, when I saw the watch, I was more than happy im 100 percent that my son it's going to loved.

I don't recommend anyone to buy this watch from Macy's. They won't fill the warranty card or stamp it. I received it today and chatted with the customer service but they said they don't fill or stamp it.
