Got my bracelet in the mail after waiting a few days, ope the the package and what a disappointment when I open it to try it on and it was broken or defective how ever you want to call it. Call immediately Macy's and explain what happened and they instructed me what to do to get my money back, they ask me if I want it a replacement and I say ,thanks but no thanks. Received an email from the vendor asking me for pictures if I took of the item before I returned and I comply, surprisingly no one has contacted me again to either explain or apologize for what happened. That's all I have to say
