I ordered 12/12/25, I want the boots for Christmas and I still don’t get it

The size on this product is a scam. They are advertising wrong shoe size and Macys isn’t punishing them for it. I bought it for my 10 year old only for the size 6 to come as an infant shoe size I ended up returning it very disappointing.

Don't order if you have an older child. They are sending the size 6 toddler instead of the big kids.

I received the first shipment... I ordered size 6 big girl but I received little girl size 6... huge difference. As soon as I opened the box I called the customer service which took over 7 calls to get through the maze of the automated system. The associated "ordered big girl size 6" and processed my return. 3 days later I received little girls' size 6. I was about to return it for the 2nd time and the associate warned me of potentially getting little girl size 6 for the third time or she could find a comparable pair. I said return the second but can you provide me with a coupon comparable to the 50-60% discount I received on the 1 day sale...nope! She could only provide a 24% coupon to be exact. So now I have to drive these 2 boxes to a return site prior to holding them at my house as if I'm their warehouse. Worst service I have received and I never write reviews unless they are great but today I had to pause to prevent someone else the same frustration.

These are NOT “Big Girls” boots. Please remove that from the title, as these are toddler boots. I will be returning.
