good skillets

I have started using cast iron to cook in because my husband has iron poor anemia. Doctor said cast iron is good for people so I'm giving it a try. Glad I bought these skillets. They are light weight which I am glad about and didn't expect. I didn't know cast iron is non-stick when seasoned and that if it rusts the rust is iron oxide and actually good for you. To season I spray with cooking oil on front and back and put it in the oven for a while. I wash mine in the dishwasher although it says not to. Doesn't hurt a thing to wash in the dishwasher except it washes the oil seasoning off some, but I am not lazy so I simply preseason them again before I cook.. Great set. Will be using them every time I cook.
