Better assembly instructions would help 9 characters too short

Just got this Fans and wasn't easy to assembly. So far working good, will update

It does not oscillate up and down. I only get the up position. I need both. It is also difficult to put together, which means I’m will have a problem each time I clean it.

I just purchased a second of this exact fan! I love it so much that I had to have another. The dual fan blades really move the air, so much so that I sometimes wish the low speed had a half speed setting. I like the three modes that are available also. The fan is quiet and having a remote and buttons on the fan base is a nice feature. It is so easy to assemble and only took me 5 minutes. Everything goes together nicely without any struggling. I've had many fans in my 60+ years and this one is my absolute favorite!

The Home Group sent the Fan in the manufacturers box which was all taped up. When I opened the box it was obvious it had been opened, the inside card board was all bent and taped up. The fan is difficult to assemble and I believe there is a piece missing. Now the fan is at a lower price. I expected more from Macys and Black and Decker. I don’t recommend purchasing this fan.
