I failed to read all of the description for these shoes and so did not realize they are all plastic. The way they were promoted and the price lead me to assume they were of quality leather. I returned them without even trying them on.
The shoes look nice, but the leather or coating applied to the surface started peeling near the heel. It doesn’t look like normal wear or a simple scratch—the outer layer actually came off. Very disappointing quality for a shoe in this price range.
It’s a very good buy. Shoe is very comfortable and shopping at Macy’s website was a pleasure.
The sizing guide is absolutely unhelpful. I’ve ordered and returned these twice because every pair I receive is too narrow or too small. It’s a shame because they’re lovely and exactly what I look for in a shoe, but Macy’s site is rubbish when it comes to finding the right fit for shoes.
Shoes are incredibly narrow and run at least a half size small. The website didn’t mention any of this so I ended up returning the shoes.
Look really nice but really uncomfortable. Had to return them.
Extremely narrow shoes! Obviously designed for a child's foot.
