OMGOSH - LOVE, LOVE these shoes!! So CUTE and really plush, thick inside-lining AND WARM! Ordered my normal size; fit is perfect. Material should relax some as well after wear. Have not seen other pairs in this category with the same look which is great for the "unique" lovers. Made well; thick sole. Even better bought on sale! Would absolutely recommend this pair.

It is difficult to get your foot into the boot. Once I get my foot in it’s fine & the boot is comfortable. But its a bit awkward.

I love everything about these! Warm, comfy and durable. I choose to keep them as house shoes only. The cuff is not adjustable, though, as the description states, but that is not a problem for me.

Never received my order: boots. Macy has not refunded me nor sent me the item I ordered. I have contacted Macys three times. No resolution! I will never buy from Macys again!
