Buyer beware! The seller uses some obscure shipping company and they take your money, but no delivery.

Problem feet means that I need to pay attention to the shoes I buy. These Rockport shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I am on my feet 8-9 hours a day and these shoes keep me going. No pain nor pinching. The shoe is very well made.

I purchased the Rockport Elara in the black leather. the problem is that is manmade leather and not true leather as indicated in the description. I could tell it was manmade when I opened the box. It is labeled in the toungue of shoe; it states manmade leather which confirmed my discovery. The shoes are nice looking but manmade leather is stiffer and I'm on the fence as to whether I keep or return the shoes.

They tell you you will receive your order in 3-6 days. But it wont arrive in this time. Expect to wait 2 weeks.

These shoes are a perfect dark navy suede color and I love the look and style of them. I have a very wide foot and ordered them in a 6-1/2W (my normal size), but they are not comfortable. Returning for a 7W and hope they feel better because I really like these shoes!

A well made sneaker BUT the design is way off. I am usually a 5.5 and I tried 5.5 and a 6 in both regular and wide width and nothing worked. One move and my heel was coming up to the top of the sneaker! So much back and forth effort since they were only available in my area online and about a month of wasted time for a pair of sneakers! Footwear needs to be tried on so please Macys carry more in store so I can go to the store and walk out with a proper fitting sneaker!

Comfy and stylish. Wide is good for my foot. They look great!

Rockport shoes always give a good support to my feet. This is one is another winner.
