This is such an amazing and unique scent. I've never owned or been a fan of this particular scent profile, however the first time I smelled this I was addicted. I've never smelled anything even remotely close to this scent profile. It is definitely long lasting and projects good but it is not headache inducing at all. This is definitely a colder weather night time scent. Goes perfectly with an all black fit for a night out. I would highly recommend this to any man but it is not blind buy worthy. You should definitely smell this and try it out on your skin before purchasing.

I've never been a fan of this particular scent profile or really anything close to it, however when I first smelled this I was addicted to the scent. An amazing vetiver scent with some florals and black pepper. I do also get some rum in it and in the dry down the leather comes out and it's a very nice leather smell. This is such a unique scent and crafted together perfectly. Id imagine if Dracula or Nosferatu wore a fragrance, it would be Dark Lord. I love wearing this at night during the colder months and I think it's perfect for casual nights out or even a black tie event. The performance is also amazing. Last all day long and projects great. It is not headache inducing at all to me. I would recommend this to any man but I would highly recommend smelling it and trying it out on your skin before purchasing. I've also recently just got into Kilian fragrances and I absolutely love them. I love the packaging and scent profiles. I already have 3 of them

Worst Scent Ever do not buy, This Perfume smells like a corpse, It has a horrible top notes and when it dries down, even worse. Take my word for this and please do not buy.

The opening is intensely smokey, but wait! It then morphs very quickly into a seductive leather and keeps evolving into something light and beautiful i.e. Ex Tenebris Lux as promised. Another way to describe it would be a Terre D'Hermes but far more sophisticated, complex and evolved. Platitudes aside, I wore this to a friends and he (and his wife) could not stop complimenting me! My friend who is a multi-multi millionaire loved it so much he bought himself a bottle which is all I needed to know.

I am a female and i purchased this because i was already wearing other unisex but masculine leaning perfumes (example Ombre Leather by Tom Ford). this was better than i imagined. it is a stunning scent - not overpowering but i only use one spritz, and it lasts about 9 hours on me regardless of weather or humidity. my chemisty softens the leather note and i find it perfect for any woman who does not wish to smell powdery or floral.

Dark Lord is a smooth boozy experience, I know that the boozy note listed is rum but mixed in with the leather this smells like a sweet belgian beer. Very classy and sexy just like a Drake song.

This fragrance made me smell the sexiest I have ever smelled. It is like putting on the perfect fitting leather jacket you have always looked for and never wanting to take it off.

I purchased this perfume by just reading the note deck and it was perfect for what I look for in a perfume. I received it and was not disappointed. It's so different and unique to anything I have in my collection. I get tons of compliments from both men and women. Highly suggest this scent!
