It's difficult to find this type of product (isolated nearly exclusively to palmitoleic acid over palmitic acid), and Omega 7 is promising for dry eyes, skin, etc. Targeting skin dryness is the primary reason I take this, because for other metabolic benefits I focus more on Omega 3 which the body can't create on its own. That said, I think this probably does still help a little with the same issues like joint inflammation and blood sugar support. I like that it's only 1 small softgel per day, though I've heard people getting better results with two. So far so good. I haven't had issues with fishy burps or anything like that.

Wonderful fatty acid that knocks out inflammation and I'm hard to to get significant dose of unless you eat a ton of seafood or grass fed ruminant animal meat.

I switched to this brand after using another and have been happy plus this companies costs are much lower.

This is a reallygood product. You only have to takeone capsule each day and it has no taste whatsoever. My skin is beginning to show signs of improvement.

This stuff hasn't performed any miracles for me. The finest thing is that the tablet is little and straightforward to take.

I'm not sure yet because I'm new to this product. I like the notion of taking a purified omega-7 supplement; I was previously using a plant-based omega-7 supplement.

It's like those products where I'm not sure if it works.
