Not sure on the “80 proof texture” as advertised, but just a basic texturizing powder that’s scented. The lid to unscrew can be a bit finicky to twist and open.

bought this hoping it would help texturize my old lady thinning hair. Well, it definitely did add some texture, but it felt like a helmet and snarled my hair something wicked. I think it would be great for someone with pretty short hair who never touches it once it’s styled. That would not be me. Had to return.

Great to use with the sea salt spray. The hold is just enough and not too overly sticky. The container is easy to use and it’s a perfect size. A great addition to the line!
