Love the mugs! Adding that two were broken but I would say absolutely not due to packaging as they were very well protected. It seems a heavy box was placed on my box. I exchanged them at my local Macys and bought 4 more!

It might be a great mug, but I wouldn't know since I ordered it like 10 days ago and still haven't received it. Maybe the color is so wonderfully neutral that it just disappeared into the background. Or maybe it's such a great mug that someone along the line decided they wanted it more than I do.

Nice color heavy cup

Nice mugs that I have ordered more than once. On the last order, they put a barcode on the side of each mug that is so sticky it won’t come off with anything I have tried. Also one mug arrived damaged. Sounds simple but problematic and I wouldn’t order them again because of this experience.

This product is listed as 15 ounces when in reality it’s 12 ounces at the most 13 ounces so it’s false advertisement and I’m sending them both back. I am very disappointed. Aesthetically, it’s cute and it’s very durable the finish is adequate.

A very versatile mug, I use it for coffee, tea, cereal, and soup.

Good everyday mugs at a reasonable price.

I love The Cellar James Mug it’s the perfect size, shape, weight and color. Def affordable too. And when they are on sale grab em they don’t last long. I just purchased a few more and I live alone. That’s how much I love them. But I’m also a hug fan of The Cellar for everyday use and kitcheneare products, etc.. The Cellar products by Macy’s have never let me down and I own a ton of it too! I highly recommend.

The handle is smaller so difficult for larger hands to hold. Thought this was the same as other white Cellar mugs but it is different design, different name. One dishwasher run and already chipped.

I like the look and quality of the mugs.
