take off
These shoes are so beautiful BUT they are difficult to take off. They dont have zippers too. I kept trying to pull from the heels. I had to wait for my friend to come back and take them off for me. I will be returning them.

Great boot
I purchased on a whim sale, did not think I would not keep, however once I received in mail, they are so cute and comfortable way more cushion at foot bed than expected.
