This is a nice little appliance, and it works quickly. The only drawback is not being able to keep the bowl frozen at all times, or the plastic will crack. Mine is still in the freezer, after 72 hours and it isn't cracked, but I'll take it out to use again later today. After that, I'll have to plan ahead to make ice cream, since I have to wait for the bowl to freeze overnight. Other than that, it works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in December. I went out and bought all the ingredients listed in the directions for ice cream and set this up. This is not a typical salt machine. You place the bowl that freezes the ice cream in a freezer to use. Unfortunately, no matter how long I left the bowl in the freezer and how many trues it took me, this machine will not freeze the ice cream at all. I don't believe this machine is effective for anything but making slushy milk. It powered on and doesn't seem to be defective and I followed the instructions to the letter many times trying. I would save my money and choose another product than this one.

Mine didn’t come with instructions so I had to google it. When I figured it out it was easy to use and made creamy good ice cream. It does take a while but that’s expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color, like a mint green, it has an easy on/off switch on the side. Plug it in, put the chute on and add ingredients through the chute and turn it on and let it run. The quick freeze bowl is in a double insulated shell that will keep it frozen and also not let condensation to the outside. Makes great ice cream and you can add fruits to it to make it unique flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this is small, like really small so standard recipes need to be halved which doesn't always work well, so use a recipe specifically for a 1.5 quart maker it will come out fine. It is easy to use, put the bowl in the freezer for at least two days to get frozen, instructions say overnight to one day but but you will want to freeze it a day longer than the instructions, add ingredients and turn it on, no ice or salt to add, really easy to use. Ice cream came out good, very creamy and not icy at all

You can make ice cream any time you want without having to have specific ingredients. It’s great for those with food allergies too! Highly recommend!
