Bought this for my elderly mother and she’s always cold, this is soft and warm!!!

Like the stiff - thick material a lot. Old Fashioned Hot Chocolate Cuddly. Sometimes it's difficult to find this high quality. It isn't silky sexy but great comfort

The fabric is too stiff and hard. The material is better fit for a table cloth, window curtain, or a sac. I tried it on and It was uncomfortably scratchy on my skin. This item runs very large. I.e 2x get a 1x. 3x get a 2x. Etc..

It is very comfortable and keeps me warm. I did notice a slight bleeding of the red dye however after letting it dry after going through the wash cycle the bleeding of the red dye ended.

First of all the size chart was off according to the size I usually wear, but the worst thing was the fabric, it was like cardboard, I realize after washing it would have softened up some but I didn't want to take that chance and it was way too big. You used to be able to find really cute and nice fabric nightgowns at Christmas time but the quality has gone down the price way up.

Flannel did not feel like a soft flannel material

When I first got the grown I washed it and the dye leaked and the fabric was hard. Not what I expected coming from Macy. Just got it about 2 weeks ago. Would have returned it if I had not washed it. Very dissatisfied

I purchased this Flannel Nightgown in a Large 18/20 by Only Necessities in a pretty vanilla background with Cardinals and I'm thrilled! The background has a warm tone. The Cardinals are larger than usual so they pop out beautifully! It's a midi length which is perfect for me. I highly recommend this!

To return an item at Macy's online is horrendous! All I can get is a robot which consistently targeted the wrong item to be returned. The process itself is onerous and has taken me several hours over 2 days!! I asked to talk to a live person and all I got was a robot! None of it was helpful to me. Please contact me. Thank you

I ordered the large size in "pearl", but it was too big. The neckline is high and awkward fitting. The color was a drab gray. I also thought the product had an odd smell. It's returned.
