[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The designs are very nice the packaging was really really nice to keep them in no damage and the color selections are very beautiful they feel really good in your hands with the texture grip and it's very very clean looking set.
Beautiful Glassware
Never Received, I called and was told shipper delay but UPS shows not received from shipper
This was purchased as a Christmas gift. Promised 3–6 business day shipping, now on day 12 with no delivery and no clear update. I was even sent a review request before receiving the item. Very disappointing.
Apparently it got lost in transit, and Macy's had to issue me a refund. Customer service was pleasant and helpful to deal with, but I had to call twice to try to track the package down as it never moved beyond "shipping info. received" from what I can see. The glasses were meant to be a Christmas gift, so it has been very disappointing. It is concerning that the company would send a request for a review with no knowledge that I never received the product.
Beautiful glasses!
Love these!
the colors are not as bright in the picture but still very pretty.
Great quality. Beautiful colors. No regrets.
I really enjoy these cups. My kids love them. They go nicely with my fiestaware. The red looks more brown in person. They're not thin but wish they were a little thicker. Bought for my children to replace plastic ones.
