These look gorgeous, but the posts are too thick and I can’t even put them on.

I really love this earring, but they don't seem to clasp well which is really disappointing because I am afraid I am going to lose them. I wore them for the first time on Christmas Day and the clasp doesn't seem to lock for me. I also purchased the ear cuff which I adore!
