there is a hard plastic piece running around the heel the rubs horribly on the ankle bone, even with my thickest socks is was awful, I won't be able to wear them at all. Plus the material they are made of looks really cheap and tacky in real life, it looked better in photos
We bought these boots for our daughters birthday gift. Even though we bought her size, they didn't fit and were too narrow. It was such a disappointment. Now we have to return them. Should we even trust the next size up?!
Do not buy from this seller. I should of read reviews before purchasing from this 3rd party. I bought the beige and black pair but only received beige and both showed as delivered.
This boot is definitely true to size and I suppose it does, at least to me, is a bit narrow but I have thin feet. Nonetheless I definitely recommend this boot, I can’t say enough good things about them. 🥰.

Was looking for a pair of winter ankle boot & these are great, so cute, faux fur around the top & they’re also lined throughout the boot & a side zipper too. The only thing is they run big but don’t have half sizes, my size was too big so I exchanged for a size under & they fit just right. The price is right too, you won’t be disappointed.
