Their products don't require the use of a bunch of crazy tools and other absurd requirements. It's as basic as it gets, including the directions, but quality wise you would think that it took a lot to install. This curtain rod is very aesthetically pleasing in my home. It goes well with my decor and it really does help darken any room because the curtain rod curves at both ends, which allows you to completely and effectively close curtains on each side, where light always manages to creep through, combine this with dark colored, non-sheer curtains, and you can really blackout any room in your home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This room darkening rod is everything I need in a curtain rod. We live in the city, so blocking out light for a good night sleep is paramount. We were using regular straight rods and always clipping the curtains to block the slivers of l8ght that would shine through. With this amazing rod, the curtains wrap right around the sides and lay flat against the window frame. The rod is unique in that the end pieces are permanently mounted, and the rod screws in/out to add or remove curtains. The rod is held in place tightly once it is screwed onto the long screws. It is a very sturdy unit that is easily installed and used. I would highly recommend this curtain rod for those who struggle to block light from coming in.

It has a curved wrap around edge that’s extremely easy to install. This design is ideal for blackout curtains and helps keep the room dark and cool. The curtain rod adjust from 28 inches to 48 inches. My curtains look wonderful on this rod and fits perfect! It was very easy to install and took only 20 minutes. It comes with all the mounting brackets and screws. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a blackout curtain rod. I’ve used many and this is my favorite design!
