This watch is beautiful in person. The case is very attractive but also very light. The strap is thin and looks light it is made from vinyl. Anyway, changing the strap would make a huge difference. That is what I did. Other than that, great time keeping quality.

This Legacy will be kept by me because of its classic looks and American brand nostalgia but unfortunately will serve as a reminder to not buy Timex again. The thin strap and flimsy- feeling watch weight and poor in-hand/on-wrist quality make this overall quite disappointing. I have paid half as much for watches that feel many times better.

I have had Timex watches for many years, yet my new Timex Legacy 41mm watch meets almost all of my needs. It clearly shows the day of the week and easily shows the date. I really like this.
