When I inquired about the delivery, was told there was a transit delay and they'd been returned to seller yet in this re-order you're telling me to keep the damaged items. They were never delivered; how can I keep when they were sent to seller?

Item arrived late with water spots. I can tell it was used and returned but it did not have a return sticker. Maybe it was just a defective item and they still shipped it
