I am giving this order 1 star. The tracking says delivered but I never received the package. I called customer service to report it missing. Two days later I received an email saying after their “investigation” the package was delivered to my address, so I will not be getting a refund. So I have no package and no refund. This is unacceptable customer service. I will NEVER buy another item from Macy's again.
I bought for a trip to New Orleans and I absolutely love the size and style. Not too small, but roomy enough to hold a wallet, shades, lip gloss and more.

Bought this crossbody and absolutely loved it..AT FIRST!!!..While walking in busy downtown NY the strap BROKE and the bag fell to the ground! Very poor craftsmanship, the straps are not securely sewed on. I received it as a gift less than a week ago and it broke already.
