Received the pole with a bent finial screw. One finial is crooked. Box was beat up. Didn't return as I needed curtains up right away. The product itself is plastic. Mounting brackets are plastic. However it went up easily.

product came missing part(s), I returned it immediately. i am disappointed as this broken, returned by other shopper was repackaged and sent out with out a care whether the curtain rod is in one piece and customer received it can use the product at all. I think an audit to your fulfillment center should be done as this isn't the first time I had to return items I purchased due to missing parts and ripped packages.
Easy to install and are holding up some heavier weight lined black out curtains. They also are nice looking curtain rods.

I like using thick curtains so people can't see in my window. It was very easy to install and took about 20 minutes of my time. I love the end pieces of this rod they look elegant and stylish. I am getting another set to match this one since I have two big windows in my living room. I wanted to see how this one worked out first and it worked out amazingly well. Worth the buy!

I love the fact all you have to do is tap in a couple nails versus having to put up screws to hang the rod. Also love the look of the oil bronzed finish and decorative end on the rod it really looks great with our darker curtain and the look of our home. I highly suggest this curtain rod by Kenney!
