I loved the dress, the color is as bright as expected, fully lined and look awesome when you walk. I didn't keep it because I felt like even when it looked very nice, I didn't feel like the waist did justice to me, I look squared, felt like I look heavier than I am. The size table is perfect, I ordered size 8, my height is 5'6" weight 158 lbs. Bust size 34DD.
The gown itself is pretty but I did not like the flare and felt it made me look heavier then I am.
Looks nothing like the picture, gave me a lot of weight also .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautifully constructed dress. It arrived appropriately packed with a hanger and was beautifully made. I think the dress would look best on someone who is very tall and slim hips. I am curvy 5 foot seven and I wasn’t so sure how it looked on me. It also Has a bunch of layers and is a bit hot for a summer wedding so I think it would be great for an air-conditioned event inside or someplace a little cooler. It just didn’t work for me, but it’s a gorgeous dress and I really appreciate the artistry that McDougall uses in making their clothing
Tight on burst
