The design/aesthetics of this kettle has a luxury element that raises the vibe in the kitchen. While the structure is sturdy and great for every day use, I find myself placing its beauty over its practicality; aesthetely admiring all aspects from top/bottom and spout.
A little disappointed. The kettle arrived with a chip in the lid and customer service was unable to offer replacement. A truly beautiful kettle, almost too nice to use.

Been an admirer of the MC kettle for the longest time and the mocha seemed like a beautiful pattern, a little softer than the traditional one. Owned for just over a month of daily use and the lid spontaneously chipped. Read the instruction manual, followed to a T and when I placed the lid on the counter to fill, this piece of flaked enamel POPPED off! I would understand if I dropped it, or plopped enamel side down, but this is simply unacceptable.
I bought this as a gift, I LOVE this kettle line so hoping she will as well
