narrow and uncomfortable

I have not received them yet. It’s been 10 days since I ordered them. Called UPS, they were no help at all. Called Macy’s, they don’t know when the shoes will be arriving. Not happy with UPS or Macy’s.

I like the shoes but they are on the narrow side. I've worn them a few times and thought they would stretch a little with wear, but they haven't.
