My product was completely sealed when I opened the Macy's box, and I was expecting to receive this item inside of a Lab Series box. I received exactly what is showing in the picture on the website. At first, I was upset but now I'm satisfied. My product was delivered without damages and there is a plastic seal that covers the black top.

Such an amazing pore cleanser for a great price point that was gifted by lab series! I’ve used more expensive pore cleansers that didn’t address any issues unlike this one! Lathers and smells great! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Gifted by labseries honestly if you are a skincare user, this is very basic and very unimpressive. Very expensive for the results you get. I wish men’s skincare would really push the boundaries and give us good skincare that actually works.

i like this new cleanser gifted by Labseries. I have some issues with previous cleanser where it is very sticky where this one doesnt and feels super clean on my face. it smells nice as well not too strong
