I am two seconds from taking this to the closest dry bar and throwing it through the front window. It won’t work. I’ve tried everything. No where on line gives me any help. It stays on for at most three seconds then shuts off. Sometimes beeps it’s heated up ready to use. Half the time then it works then it doesn’t my.

Bought thisset for my granddaughter she loves it. It makes her life a lot easier while curling her hair.

This is for Caucasian hair. I have very thick and coarse hair and it’s wavy but even curly but this made my hair so poofy and frizzy. As you can my before and after my hair isn’t super textured but I got the poofiest the wave even with adjusting and playing around with the recommended heat settings that the booklet says

I received it used. It was just thrown in a big Macy's box. It wasn't even in the Drybar Styler box it was supposed to come in. I didn't even use it because I could tell it had been used.
