Poor representation of shipping time.

Ordered 6-29-2026 for my mom’s 88th birthday. Website said 3-5 days. It’s July 7th still waiting to hear it’s shipped. Sad too late for her party.

Gold color on the chain rubbed off

Not impressed with this Kendra Scott product. The cross is beautiful, but the chain does not hold up at all. I only had it for a couple of months and I noticed all the gold color of the chain has rubbed off. I never wore it in the shower, and took it off each night when wearing it. Sorry Kendra Scott fail.

Order was late and wrong!

I ordered the KS gold plated crystal cross pendant. I got a notice the night it was supposed to be delivered that there was a delay. I recieved it 5 days later and it was a silver opal pendant. Come on Macy's really!?!
