The blazer is very nice and I will get a lot of use out of it, however, the way Macy's packaged and shipped it leaves a lot to be desired. We do not have a bricks and mortar store within 1.5 hours from our home but a bit of attention to detail will go a long ways. It was shoved in a box and when it was removed was very wrinkled, thank heavens I have a steamer.

It was not as it was shown in the pitcher so very easy return it which was very fast.
No garment bag, just a cheap plastic bag.
I'm really disappointed with how this jacket was shipped. It was just shoved into a bag and ended up completely wrinkled. It should have at least been placed in a box and on a hanger.
My hubby loves this jacked! He tried it on at the store and we bought it online. It looks great with jeans or dress pants.
