Coat ordered, paid premium delivery, came rolled up and crammed into a much too small bag. A wrinkled mess that I could not try on unless I tried to steam it or have it pressed at the cleaners. I didn’t take it out of the clear plastic bag it was sent in. Returned asap. Disgraceful customer treatment.
The tailoring you expect from Jones New York brand, fabric is substantial, but not bulky. The cut flattering. Nice for layering in cooler weather.
