The cotton fabric is soft, they fit comfortably, sizing is accurate and I’m happy with the fit.

I was hoping these undies would fit like those bought from the Gap. Unfortunately , the elastic leaves marks all around making them unsuitable to wear except under heavy jeans, perhaps. Material is nice, sizing is good.

II am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order. I was expecting to receive three pairs of panties as per the order details, but only one was delivered. To resolve this, I contacted your Customer Service team. During the call, I was assured that I would not need to return anything. However, I subsequently received an email instructing me to initiate a return—completely contradicting what was communicated earlier. This inconsistency is frustrating and reflects poorly on the reliability of your service. I would appreciate immediate clarification and a prompt resolution to this issue.

Still waiting for my missing products. Macy's customer service reps told me I'll receive an email after she done with me on the phone but haven't seen it. I'm still short 2 packs & pack of socks.
