My boys love these...great fit

I wanted to like these, but this purchase turned into a frustrating experience from the start. The website actually switched my size from small to medium during checkout, and by the time I noticed, it was too late. The result is a pair of sweatpants that are way too baggy and look sloppy instead of relaxed. On top of that, the material feels thin and cheaply made, like it won't hold up after a few washes. For the price, this is honestly unacceptable. I've bought better-fitting, better-quality sweatpants from Old Navy for a third of the cost. I used to trust this brand because ARC'TERYX is constantly recommended by my peers, and I expected premium quality to match the premium price. But after this experience, and once my Pass points are used up, I'm done with this brand. It feels like companies keep talking about sustainability and recycled materials to justify higher prices, while the actual durability and craftsmanship seem to be going downhill. I don't mind paying more if the quality is there but this just feels like overpriced, mass-produced gear.

I ordered a size M but received a size XL instead. Unfortunately, the XL does not fit, and I now need to return the incorrect item. This experience has caused inconvenience, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue efficiently.

My husband won't wear any other style or brand. Excellent quality, color choices, and great fit.
