The item, does not look like the picture. It doesn't expand, it is very limp. This is the first time I was so disappointed in Macys. But, to be fair, this is the seller's fault. I am a senior, and this product is so unacceptable. You can't return it, becuase it was vacuum sealed. It will cost to buy a box. I would like a partial refund. I gave it to the cat.
