I still have not received the product. It was intended to be a Christmas gift for my manager, but with our office closing soon, it no longer serves its purpose. This delay has been very disappointing.

This is not the type of assembly kit you start with a hurry up attitude. Checked the lighting; it works. Then the next step is to fold assembly the 4 bolts of fabric. That took a little artistic interpretation. Now I am ready to use the book sticky paper to make the books by covering the right wood pieces. I think the hardest part will be behind me when I finish the books. I like the kit because I am a home sewer who likes to make clothing and, more frequently now, alterations to purchased clothing at times. I'll put the kit up on a shelf when finished to show off my hobbies of sewing and sometimes papercraft.

I ordered this almost 2 weeks ago. It says that attempts to deliver were done yesterday and today and that is a lie. This is being delivered to my work and no one has attempted to deliver my order. I reached out the the company to tell them that and all they said is that they attempted. did not even listen to what I was saying. When I told them that the attempt was never made I did not hear back from them. When it said they attempted to deliver again today which never happened I told the company I want my order canceled and a refund and I still have not heard back. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Macy's through a 3rd party selling and it has been the worst experience. Macy's doesn't help because it's not through them. I will not shop at Macy's anymore they do not care if the 3rd party seller is doing the right thing.
