I am very happy I bought this. It was very easy to assemble and I can tell I will get a good easy workout. I just tried it for about 3 minutes and I was already getting warm. I like the fact that it will be easy on my joints, I have fibromyalgia and it is important that I exercise and or stretch to keep my joints and muscles flexible. Otherwise, I tend to get stiff and my body will ache. I'll be watching TV as I do this, and the minutes will fly by.
This thing is built like a tank, so I know it will last. I can get my cardio workout without hurting my joints. It was easy to assemble, is quiet to use, and does not take up much space if I have to put it away. I am very happy with my purchase.
