I'm currently waiting for Macy's to complete "a review" when they receive the item back to determine whether or not I get a refund or a replacement. Or screwed, I guess. I ordered this watch, new item, got a used ladies seiko watch in an unwrapped citizen box with a tag and QR code from a YouTube channel. Macy's sent an unsealed return out to me as new stock without even reviewing what was inside the box (or I guess, "watch" was close enough? Not the same color, brand or gender I ordered) and I'm still waiting for a "decision"? Wouldn't purchase from Macy's online again, no matter how this ends up. Wouldn't have even written a review if I didn't get an email begging me to review my experience - while I'm still in limbo. This happened because of carelessness on the back end and really is just terrible customer service in the meantime as I wait on a decision about the item I've already paid for and still haven't received.

Awesome watch

This version is the smaller of the versions that we all know and love. However, with smaller wrists, I was only admiring them from afar. Now with this version, I can wear them and the different colors are awesome! I have the copper dial and it plays with the light so well and still easy to read. The bracelet which main companies skimp on is actually very comfortable on the wrist and is not too heavy for a sold link bracelet. The links are like half links and you have a few micro adjustments on the clasp to get your perfect fit. I personally sized it and found that the links are held together by pin and collars, which I prefer, however, are a bit annoying for aging eyes like mine. But they old fast and true. This is a perfect grab and go watch!
