Really like this serum - just finished my first bottle and do feel like I see good results. I haven’t started using retinol yet so this was a good way to get good results without the irration of retinol

Sometimes this is temporary and sometimes it lasts much longer. This is the ONLY retinoid that I have tried that doesn't turn my cheeks red (or if they do flush immediately, it lasts literally only seconds). I always wake up with clear skin. I pair this with Total Repair Cream, and my skin thanks me the next morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as directed. After six days I had several small red dots on my face. Anywhere I had been using this. When I stopped using it after about five days, the red dots were less. It might be that I could use it every other day or every third day, but I don't want these red dots no matter what.

I only used this once. I put it on before bed with the goatmilk moisturiser and woke up with pimples. I gave it to my friend to try. My skin is sensitive and I'm 71 years young.
