I ordered a black hoodie with an alligator on the left side of chest in XXL. I recieved a blue hoodie with a huge LACOSTE written on the left side of the chest and a large alligator. The tag from MACYS said XXL but on the shirt it was 4XL. Complete disaster. I had to drive 45 mins to the mall to return it and had to settle for a shot I didn't even want. Very frustrating and I probably won't order through MACYS again because of this. In the same order I bought w t shirts. The black one had a sticker on the front of the shirt and when I pealed it off, glue stick to the shirt and needed to be washed 3 times to remove it. Not happy about my experience and the hassle I went through when there are other ways to buy Lacoste gear

Really bad costumer service for Lacoste brand Am a platinum card for Macys and I purchased this Lacoste hoodie and they send it to me First was late second was late 3 more days and at the end when I was specting to receive my package they cancel my orden with out reason After that I check the page and change the price of the item That's not professional

Quality fleece as always. Felt just right. Not very thick material wise. Chose XL for extra room. Recommend one size up.
